Monappoly: Property Pandemonium is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro, Inc. MONOPOLY® is a trademark of Hasbro. The app is free to use.

This policy explains what personal data Monappoly: Property Pandemonium ("we", "us") collects when you use the app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The app is operated by JC Foundry.

1. Information we collect

We do not take any payment information — the app is free — and we do not run third-party advertising or sell your data.

2. How we use your data

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Email

We send email only for account purposes — confirming your address, account recovery, and replying to contact or issue messages. We do not send marketing email.

5. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers we rely on to run the app (such as our hosting provider and the email delivery service used to send account emails), and where required by law. Some information is visible to other players by design — for example your display name and/or username, and public statistics on the leaderboard, unless you hide your profile.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Completed and abandoned games may be cleaned up automatically after a period of time. If you delete your account, your personal account data is removed; some anonymised or aggregate records may remain where needed for the integrity of past games.

7. Your rights & choices

You can view and update your details, download a copy of your personal data, and permanently delete your account from your account settings (Account › Personal Data). You can also hide your profile from the public leaderboard at any time. For any other request, contact us using the details below.

8. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
